Ingredients of Chicken Ginger

  1. It’s 1/2 kg of chicken boneless.
  2. It’s 2 pieces of ginger, sliced.
  3. Prepare 2 of tomatoes chopped.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
  5. Prepare 2 of green chili whole.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of tumeric powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of salt.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of red chili powder.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of red chili flakes.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of zeera powder (or whole cumin).
  11. Prepare 1-2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup of milk.
  13. You need 1/4 cup of yoghurt (whisked with milk).
  14. You need 1/2 cup of oil.

Chicken Ginger step by step

  1. Fry ginger and ginger garlic paste in oil till light aroma comes.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt, tumeric powder and zeera and cook till oil separates. add a little water to bhoonify.
  3. When mixed well add chicken, red chili, and tomato paste, mix.
  4. When chicken is cooked add milk and yoghurt mix. cook till oil separates. Garnish with ginger and serve.
