  6. It’s 2 bags of frozen vegitales (Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots).
  7. Prepare 1/2 bag of frozen onion celery and peppers.
  8. It’s of Spices.
  9. Prepare 1 tbs of EVO.
  10. Prepare 1 tbs of curry.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of onion powder.
  12. You need 1 tsp of garlic powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tbs of cajun spice blend.
  14. It’s of Salt and Peppers to taste.

  1. Leg pit add EVO and onion celery and peppers over medium heat.
  2. Cut chicken tenberloins into 1 inch cubes then add to pot cook until almost cooked.
  3. Add broth, tomatoes and, all vegetables bring to boil cover and reduce heat until chicken is done.
  4. Add Barley pre-cooked mix well cover reduce the heat and simmer until the barley is well incoroerated.
